- Conduct quality audit for all products and production process; suggest ideas/plan for quality improvement to ensure all output quality meet company’s and buyers’ quality standards.
- Conduct inline/pre-final/final audit; give result and feedback.
- Correct wrong operations to fix any issues occurred in early stage.
- Coordinate with supervisors of any functional team to ensure quality consistency.
- Facilitate and monitor third party inspection.
- PP meeting, handover.
- PP sample and comments review.
- Check and approve trim card/mockup/first output for bulk production.
- Response and take actions quickly in case of quality issues or defect found during inline audit.
- Prepare AQL report timely and accurately.
